Symptoms

Application does not work with the Oracle database drivers version 11.x that come with WebLogic 10.3.  The Oracle JDBC driver packaged is for Oracle 11g.

The error message from the application is:

java.lang.IllegalAccessError:
oracle/jdbc/driver/OracleCallableStatement
at application_package.function........
........................
