Cannot Unpublish Successfully And Global Automatic Activities Are Not Being Run (Doc ID 979835.1)

The following two symptoms have been identified:

- The processes cannot be undeployed. In Process Administrator, after performing the undeploy, the process status remains in "waiting for undeployment" and the process does not get undeployed.

- Global automatic activities are not running and are not appearing in the engine's PTODOITEMS table.
