The workspace appears to be running slowly and we see the following recursive call in an error:

<[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '92' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "700" seconds working on the request "Http Request: /portal/servlet/xhruntime", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds. Stack trace:
