OC4J_SECURITY Will Not Start After Running oidspadi.sh (Doc ID 979869.1)

Symptoms

After enabling the OID-Active Directory External Authentication plugins using oidspadi.sh, OC4J_SECURITY will not start.

  The OC4J_SECURITY log shows:

09/11/30 13:54:20 SSO: DB Error. Please make sure the database is available and restart SSO Server
09/11/30 13:54:20 oracle.security.sso.server.util.DBException: Empty DB connect string. Could not create DB connection pool

Other symptoms:

Tests of ldapbind to OID as ORASSO_SSOSERVER,cn=SSO,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext fail with Operations Error.
