Symptoms
On Content Server 7.5.1 using Inbound Refinery 7.5:
Find when using OutsideIn filters to generate JPG thumbnails from checked in files that are 760 DPI, the resulting thumbnails are 36 x 32 instead of the default 80x80.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect all created thumbnails to be the default of 80x80
