Null Preference Values For Portlet Causes Propagation Errors (Doc ID 982322.1)

Symptoms

While propagating inventory from Source to Destination following errors are seen and propagation failed:

Parser Error... org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-attribute.3: The value '' of attribute 'value' on element 'netuix:preference' is not valid with respect to its type.
Parser Error... org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-minLength-valid: Value '' with length = '0' is not facet-valid with respect to minLength '1'.
