Symptoms
WebLogic Portal server startup time is very slow. Deployment time of single components is taking around 1hr to complete.
Thread dumps taken during startup time show many threads in class COM.BEA.P13N.PROPERTY.INTERNAL.PROPERTYSETMANAGER
