However, step 8, which consists of running the inspre11.pl script with -op3, was accidentally skipped (Note: ALL other steps were successfully performed except this):
8. Execute the inspre11.pl script with -op3, which sets the Oracle Internet Directory version back to 11g Release 1 (11.1.1). For example:
Now, the inspre11.pl cannot be run any more, because it can not connect to OID.
