Symptoms
When using the portal visitor tools, portlets residing in entitled portlet categories are still visible to non-entitled users when initially viewing and arranging the portlets. This occurs prior to selecting the "add content" button within the visitor tools.
Find below the necessary steps to enable Visitor Tools:
1) Make sure "Portal Vistor Tools" project facet is included in your Portal Web Project.
2) Enable the Visitor Tools Desktop Shell in Workshop for WebLogic for ".portal" file.
3) Create a login portlet and make sure the login portlet is available to .portal file.
4) To take advantage of Visitor Tools, you must create a streaming portal desktop.
