Disabling the DNS Cache in WebLogic Server (WLS)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 05, 2016
Applies to:Oracle Weblogic Server - Version: 8.1
Information in this document applies to any platform.
It appears that the WebLogic Server instance (acting as client) is caching DNS entries and a reboot is required to reset the DNS cache if any IP address associated to a DNS is changed.
Would it be possible to control this behavior in the WebLogic Server configuration?
