How to Configure the DNS Cache in WebLogic Server (WLS) (Doc ID 986623.1)

Goal

It appears that the Weblogic Server instance (acting as client) is caching the DNS entries and a reboot is required to reset the DNS cache if any IP address associated to a DNS is changed.
