After upgrading to Exchange 2007 or adding a new Exchange server, the Collaboration groupware integration calendar feature errors out when searching for attendees to add to an Outlook appointment. The error message looks like this:
If the problem persists, contact a portal administrator.
Exception of type com.plumtree.groupware.mail.AddressResolveException was thrown.
at com.plumtree.groupware.sc.E2K.E2KAddressBook.ResolveAddresses(MailAddress addresses, Int32 maxlimit)
Upgrading the Exchange Server environment from version 2003 to 2007 may cause this problem. Also, making changes to redirect OWA traffic from an old server to a new server may cause this problem.
