If a Best Bet contains the search term in its name, it will precede all other Best Bet search results not containing the search term in the title. This occurs regardless of the rank number in the portal's PTBESTBETTARGETS database table.

Here's an example of this behavior:

1. In WebCenter Interaction Administration, create two communities, one named "myCommunity" and the other named "Portal Services".

2. In the Search Results Manager administration utility:
a. Create a new Best Bet by clicking on the "New Best Bet" button.
b. Enter "portal" as the term that will trigger results.
c. Select the "myCommunity" community as the Top Best Bet in the list of Associated Results.
d. Select the "Portal Services" community as the second in the list of Associated Results.
e. Click the "Finish" button to exit out of the "Edit Best Bet" window.
f. Click the "Apply" button and then the "Finish" button to exit out of the Search Results Manager administration utility.

3. Do a banner search for the term "portal". The Best Bets are listed in the following order, which is not the expected order:
Best Bet 1: Portal Services
Best Bet 2: myCommunity

The expected behavior is that the following results should appear when doing a search for "portal", where "myCommunity" should be listed first since it is configured to be the first Best Bet:
Best Bet 1: myCommunity
Best Bet 2: Portal Services
