Goal
WebLogic Server is running out of execute threads, and the following is seen in the logs:
However the referenced RJVM appears to be issuing the error - BEA-010026 - and consequently transactions are failing to commit and rolling back as the "RJVM has already been shutdown." The affected application server showed execute threads as being unavailable.
