Q1. Which scheduled tasks are required and at which frequency do they need to be run?
Q2. Resubmit Reconciliation Event task- when/why would a reconciliation event remain in a Event Received status?
Q3. Scheduled Provisioning Task - Does this task process the approved provisioning requests that use the "Schedule for Later" command button when requesting a new resource?
Q4. Task Escalation - Can you give examples of the types of tasks that are associated with this scheduled task?
Q5. Trigger User Provisioning - Does this task process the approved provisioning requests that use the "Schedule for Later" command button when requesting a new resource? Is the task related to the "Scheduled Provisioning Task"?
Q6. User Operations - It is not clear from the description why this task is needed. Can you give examples of why this task is needed.
Q7. Issue Audit Messages Task - It is not clear from the description why this task is needed. Does this task really need to run every 5 Minutes? What is the impact if it does not?
Q8. ReSubmit Request Tasks - I still do not understand the need for this task. It would help if you could provide some examples of the types of requests that would be processed by this task. Also, what is the intent of the email notification associated with this task?
Q9. Remove Group Priority Gaps Task - I am not able to see the priorities for the task assignments in the Design Console. Are the Process Definitions you mentioned under Process Management/Process Definitions in the Design Concole? Double clicking a task has no effect when I pull up a process definition and click on a task.
Q10. Remove Group Priority Gaps Task - I assume if we don't assign tasks to groups this task does not need to be enabled. Are there any tasks by default that are assigned to the out of the box OIM groups? Where can I view the group priority?
Q11. ReSubmit Request Tasks - can you give examples of the types of requests that would be in a REQUEST INITIALIZED state?
