Unable To See Shared Calendars In Sun Java [TM] System Connector for MS Outlook 7 (Doc ID 1006597.1)

Symptoms

 

Sun Java System Calendar Server 6 2005Q1 with Sun Java System Connector for MS Outlook 7.
Users are unable to see shared calendars in MS Outlook 2003 when using the Outlook Connector
product provided by Sun.  They can see their own calendars, but not other user's.  The shared
calendars are all in the same default domain.  The following documented process was followed:

If the user enters an email ID for a user or clicks on the "Search" button and then the "Find"
button to locate the user, they receive an error of "User not found."
The problem does not occur when subscribing to a shared calendar via the Communications
Express interface.  It is specific to MS Outlook.
