Messaging Express (aka Webmail) Messages Do Not Include the Common Name of the User in the From: Header (Doc ID 1008828.1)

Symptoms

When messages are sent from the Messaging Express / Webmail interface, the "From:" header does not include the Common Name (cn) or full name of the user.

For example, the mail "From:" header looks like:

From: user1@example.com

instead of:

From: User One <user1@example.com>
