Multi-byte characters in Mail Transport Agent (MTA)-wide filter

Mail transport agent (MTA)-wide sieve filters are widely used to block unsolicited bulk emails which have specific subject or sender in the mail header. Mail filtering in Messaging Server is described in the Administration Guide, Chapter 18 "Mail Filtering and Access Control".
This document provides a procedure to implement multi-byte characters (e.g. Korean and Chinese characters) in the MTA-wide filter file "imta.filter".
