<primus_install_dir>/web/esupport/option.inc defines a valid server name for the eServer Application Server
Problem cannot be readily reproduced.

Symptoms:
pexNoHostError (solaris-net-utils.cc Line: 565)
pexNetworkError::ErrorCode: 2
pexNoHostError::HostName: <HOST_NAME>
Sporadic error occurring during attempt to access eSupport.
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Refreshing the page sometimes clears the error and allows the users access.
