Goal

How to prevent Internet Explorer from caching pages
Symptoms:

After visiting a page and coming back to it within the same session, the contents of that page are not refreshed. This directly impacts pages that contain dynamic content. Only Internet Explorer is affected and not other browsers. It seems that IE does not adhere to the Pragma: no-cache header.

Note: This is not the same as seeing the cached page when a user hits the back button. That behaviour is intrinsic to the web browser and not part of the functionality of Dynamo. Also note that images are always cached.
