 A. Not Enough Physical Memory or Swap Space
 B. No JDK (Java SE Development Kit) Installed
 C. Javac Not In PATH Environment Variable
 D. Javac Command is Too Long on Windows
Solution
 A. Increase Physical Memory and/or Swap Space
 B. Install JDK (Java SE Development Kit)
 C. Add Javac To PATH Environment Variable
 D. Reduce the Length of Libraries in CLASSPATH
 E. Switch to Java's Internal Compiler
