"Missing session confirmation number" Warning Messages and 409 Browser Errors (Doc ID 1037731.1)

Symptoms

The browser receives a HTTP 409 status code when a form is submitted. In addition, the following warning messages are logged in the Oracle ATG server logs.

07:39:41,377 WARN  [DAFDropletEventServlet] Missing session confirmation number: Request URI: /mypage.jsp
