"Missing session confirmation number" Warning Messages and 409 Browser Errors

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The browser receives a HTTP 409 status code when a form is submitted. In addition, the following warning messages are logged in the Oracle ATG server logs.
The browser may also receive a blank page when submitting a form.
