The IM console content FIND and Gobal Find and Replace function within a channel is a separate search function that is implemented using a lucene index. The index is stored in the path designated by the IM config search - FULL_TEXT_SEARCH_DIR=00;$IM_HOME/search directory. Only one IMWS instance can be used to update the lucene search index because of locking mechanisms. If there is really heavy content authoring going on during peek usage, you may consider using a dedicated IMWS for this purpose. Because of locking constraints more than one IMWS cannot be used.
