Symptoms

In 8.5 on the Analytics Content Rating Report only supports a 5 star rating.  If you chose a rating type other than 5 stars those rating actions are not sent to the analytics JMS queue.  They can still be reported from an IM DB query however.  There is a feature request to add the other star ratings to analytics. ER 26781767 - Support less than 5 star rating
