Symptoms

Email templates do not change after modifying them in Information Manager

Changes

The emails that just get sent by batch jobs only need to be changed on the batch jobs instance. If you are modifying them through a loadbalanced IM url and not the batch jobs instance directly, then you would need to find the modificaiton on disk and update it to the batch jobs instance. If all your IM instances share the same IM_Home directory then you will not need to do that. The article talks about the emails sent from Infocenter and moving those files to the infocenter config directories. But again if they all share the same IM_Home that should not be needed.

Depending on which email template you change please use My Oracle Support KM articles - there are a lot of little nuances to how those notifications work and which parameters work for which articles.
