Goal

Customer Center displays wrong amount in item summary

Reproduction Steps:
- Create customer with telephony product.
- Rate the telephony usage. The usage should be 0.015 Dhinar.
- Check the details in the Customer Center (bill in progress, item details).
- Customer Center displays 0.02 Dhinar in item summary.

Expected Result:
Customer Center should display 0.015 Dhinar in item summary.
