TMS 4.6 DICTIONARY TREE ICONS MISSING (Doc ID 1050243.1)

Symptoms

In newly installed TMS 4.6 when you expand the dictionary trees in
Maintain Repository and Define Dictionary screens,  The below
 icons in the tree are not visible
 
 Open book icon for dictionary, with red on one side
 black square with red icon inside it for group level
 The red arrow heads
 P on relation for primarly link
 PP on relation for primary path
 VT on relation for verbatim term
