Goal

Unable to search events using event browser when logged in as a Brand CSR.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure branding
2. Create CSR account and apply necessary permissions for FULL Customer Center access
3. Create a normal consumer account
4. Open the event browser for this account

Events can only be browsed if logged in as the Brand Administrator
