How do we Avoid Loading Demand Class into Demantra? (Doc ID 1050650.1)

Q1. My client has EBS and thus has sales at the Item by Demand Class level (they have 5 unique Demand Classes). Therefore, potentially you have 5 item x Demand Class combinations for each Item. However, they only care about the overall Item and how it sold across the Item as a whole.

Does the standard EBS-Demantra Collection program have a parameter which will extract the data only at the Overall Item level or is their only option is to only write a custom hook to change all of the Demand Classes for each Item to say 0 (zero) after it is loaded into the Demantra staging table?

They understand that then can view the data at the Item level in the Demantra worksheet but they concerned about the extra rows in the database that having it loaded by Demand Class will generate.
