Error Message Is Not Displayed By Customer Center

Symptoms

Problem Statement

Error message is not displayed when raising an error in fm_cust_pol_valid_profile.c and setting the msg_id on the error buffer, the error message is not displayed on the promotions tab in customer center.

Steps To Reproduce

1,Add the following code fm_cust_pol_valid_profile.c

pin_set_err(ebufp, PIN_ERRLOC_FM,
PIN_ERRCLASS_SYSTEM_DETERMINATE,
PIN_ERR_VALIDATION_FAILED, 0, 0, 0);
ebufp->facility = PIN_DOMAIN_ERRORS;
ebufp->msg_id = 2;
ebufp->version = 1;
return;


 
2. Compile the same and replace the fm_cust_pol.so to $pin_home/lib
3. Restart all service
4. Attempt to modify a profile on the promotions tab in customer center
5. Ideally the error message should be the error message declared, whereas only a generic message  "Unable to save changes appears" which should not be the case
