In cm pinlog, the opcodes are correctly called (parent billing account creation, subordinate account creation with services), but the eai_js publish input flist is sending the parent account poid with subordinate account's service information.

- create a parent account without service
- create a subordinate account and associate a service with this account

The APIs (i.e. opcodes) in the additional layer are used to create the customer account. It creates a parent account and then a subordinate account with service associated with it. This complete process is managed in a single transaction. Once the transaction is complete the CM pushes the data to EAI_JS.
