Unable To Upgrade From ASAP 5.2.4 To ASAP 7.0 As It Hangs (Doc ID 1052131.1)

Symptoms

Unable to perform an upgrade of ASAP 5.2.4 to ASAP 7.0 as per the documented process. Problem was first encountered when an attempt to upgrade ASAP 5.2.4 was undertaken. There are no error messages other than those appearing in the logs. The upgrade is performed as a silent install - the process just appears to hang and needs to be killed (ctrl-c).

Steps To Reproduce:
Follow the upgrade process as documented in section 3 of the ASAP 7 setup guide.

Added a new set of steps and scripts for the ASAP 5.2.4 to ASAP 7.0 migration.
