After upgrading the Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Mobile Workstation CE device Windows operating system, the CEMobileStation started reporting a date/time exactly three hours off in the notification dialog. The system clock and timezone are correct. The handheld immediately goes out of range when logging in. What is causing this issue?
