Connection Design - Equipment port assignment in releases lower than either 6.0.15.b614 or 6.0.16.b423
Symptoms
In the process for equipment port assignments to connection design it was found the system is assigning the same port to several designs but only keeps the assignment for the last request - the prior orders end up without an equipment port, but still keeps the port recorded in the DLR.
