"Item validation" and "Sybase" Errors on Service Request Search Results > Circuit Tab Then MetaSolv Solution Client Crashes

Symptoms
An "item validation" and "Sybase" error are received when clicking on the Service Request Search Results > Circuit tab. The behavior occurs when a circuit on the order's design lines have an ASAP.DLR_CIRCUIT_DESIGN_LINE.LOCATION value greater than 20 characters. The column is defined as VARCHAR2(50) in the database and the application allows users to enter "Foreign" information on the CLR/DLR greater than 20 characters which causes the problem. Below are the errors received:
