Goal
Q1: How can load information from SCADA be turned off so that it does not appear in the Viewer?
Q2: For PFService to read quality values correctly, is ttl=1 required for the status measurement, even for non-status measurements like fault indicators? (might this have changed with the DMS44 referenced in doc 2422051.1?)
Q3: What components are not updated dynamically if ttl=0, e.g of PFService, DDService (momentary processing), measurements displayed on viewer, scada summary
Q4: Does the weblogic switching service require ttl=1 for any reason, e.g. in receiving outcomes of scada operations on digital measurements (non-status points)?
Q5: How much of a performance impact is it if ttl is set to 1 on all measurements?
Q5: If TTL is set to 0 for high volume, non viewer-displayed measurements, does the 'refresh' button on scada summary re-pull all values?
