REPORTS JOB STAYS IN SUBMIT_TO_RS STATUS (Doc ID 1053976.1)

Symptoms

All Reports Server requests stay in status SUBMIT_TO_RS. The report server log shows the following error:

ERR REP-0501: Unable to connect to the specified database.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
------------------------------
Connect to OC and try to generate a DCM Layout.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
---------------------------
All reports server requests complete without error.
