In Siebel, BRM , AIA setup, Activation Fee discount does not getting applied in BRM (Doc ID 1054002.1)

Goal

In a Siebel, BRM , AIA setup, Activation Fee discount is not getting applied in BRM.
When a activation fee product and discounts are getting added to a existing service in BRM,
AIA call PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_PURCHASE_DEAL

The service Bundle in Siebel is like this

SB - /Service/telco/gprs


Product1 - /Service/telco/gprs - new
Discount1 - /Service/telco/gprs - new
Product 2 - /Service/telco/gprs - Existing

As the product 2 and service already there in BRM, Purchase deal opcode is called.


This purchase deal opcode is called twice in AIA one for product and one for discount.
The discount is not applied becasue the Product is getting purchased before discount.

Ideally both the product and discount is to be purchased in single invoke of purchase deal and not two invokes as happening now.
