CIOMS-I

Symptoms

The CIOMS I report continuation section may not continue the other relevant history data that has partially been presented on page 1 (section 23).

Or

The CIOMS I report continuation section may duplicate the other relevant history data that has been completely presented on page 1 (section 23).

Steps to Repeat:
1. Create a basic new case with a company product, book it in and open the case.
2. Go to the Patient tab
3. Enter other relevant history section as follows:
a. Type: Historical Drug
b. Verbatim: Relivon
c. Indication: Broken leg
d. Reaction: Fracture
e. Notes: Patient broke his leg when he was a child while jumping on a trampoline. He sustained a compound
fracture that left scars on his leg.
4. Enter another relevant history as follows:
a. Type: Historical Condition
b. Verbatim: Rash
c. Notes: Patient broke out in rashes after eating peanuts.
5. Save the case.
6. View a preview new draft (using icon in the tool bar) of a CIOMS I report.

Observe that in section 23 of the first page, the data for the historical condition (Rash) is displayed in its entirety, but it is still repeated in the continuation page.

Observe as well that the data for historical drug (Relivon) is incomplete on the first page and is not continued on the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION page.
