Goal

The following test Scenarios Failed :
Test 1: For ROOT user, the Summary page should appear correctly with the 'contact information' editable
Test 2: The ROOT user should be able to move an account in and out of a hierarchy (on hierarchy tab)
Test 3: Check that the ROOT user can create a sponsorship group
