Email Letters Failing: TcsMAPI error: Unable to Logon to MAPI Subsystem

When the OIGA system is not sending email letters, check the tcslog.log for the corresponding error message. The tcslog.log file can be found by going to your OIGA icon, right click and select "Properties". Then select the "Find Target" button. This will take you to the directory to find the tcslog.log file. Open the log file and look for the error message associated with the failing email letter.
You may see an error containing the following:
Error Type:MAPI error
Location in source:TCSMAPI.cpp (122)
Source Line:MAPILogonEx(0, lpszProfileName, lpszPassword, dwFlags, &pMAPISession)
Error message:Unable to logon to MAPI subsystem.
