Symptoms

When running Crystal Reprots, an error occurs:

LSRF ERROR @ AAA: Unable to generate report LSRF ERROR @ AAA: Unable to open Report Template: 'D:\LODESTAR\tmp\SecurityPermissionsByUser{E4FB781D-78A2-4766-B8C6-63F31A3CEC43}.rpt' Invalid TLV record.
