'NULL' is Being Displayed on the Home Page of Web Applications

After applying patch bundle 18.104.22.168.2, users are seeing 'Null' on the homepage of web applications rather than 'Oracle Utilities Network Management System'.
There are two NMS environments on the servers. The patch was applied to the QA server, and users did not see the 'null' issue, but users are seeing the 'null' issue on another server. The installation steps have been run several times on the second server to make sure that the patch was applied properly, but the 'null' issue is still present.
