Why are There Multiple Rows of the Same Event (IDX) in the JOBS Table?

Goal
The WorkAgenda screen displays only one row for a specific event however, when a query of the JOBS table is done based on the event_idx there are multiple rows returned. In this particular instance, the query is being done to create a monthly extract of event data as it appears in the WorkAgenda, Event Details, and Trouble Info screens.
