Global Availability Window Does Not Show Any Data (Doc ID 1059017.1)

Symptoms


When using the Global availability button in OM or in ATP inquiry, the window does not display any information. This is happening for all Items.

As stated in the Global Order Promising Implementation and User's Guide, this functionality should be showing all possible shipping organizations.



STEPS
--------
1. Use order management responsibility.
2. Create a sales order
3. Create a sales order line
4. Click on Global Availability button
