Symptoms

On Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS), on one partition of the server, workbooks that were taking 1 to 2 minutes to build are now taking 7 to 8 minutes or longer. In addition, menu events are taking up to an hour to complete. This started occurring unexpectedly, with no changes made to the configuration or to the domain.
