Symptoms


On :  7.3 version, Worksheet

When after running cleanup package (DATA_CLEANUP.CLEAN_SCHEMA_TEMPS and DATA_CLEANUP.CLEAN_LEVEL_DATA)  and bouncing OAS, when users go to a worksheets which do not have any filter and the time scale is also set to cover enough time buckets they get an error

 "ODPM-10074 You do not have proper rights to see the members of the worksheet filter".

Then when User goes to filter add a filter and select all items and locations then the data show up. So, without any filter it does not bring the data. It happens to most worksheet

Collaborator logs have the following error:
