Missing Display Prior Or Current AR Window For Upgraded Subordinates From 6.2 TO 7.3.1 (Doc ID 1060883.1)

In 6.2, move a stand-alone account having bills to under another account and set its payment by parent account.
Upgrade to 7.3.1.
Using Customer Center to open the subordinate and go to Balance Tab. No bills are getting displayed even though there are bills.
If using Search window and enter the exact bill no, the bill will display.
If the account is moved under 7.3.1 environment,  CC Balance tab will open Display Prior or Current A/R window to ask which to display which is not getting displayed
