Goal
We are using SRT for bundling and hit the following scenario:
1. Bundled call Activate Subscriber where more than 5 NEs bundled.
2. Success in 1st NE and after that fails in other NE.
3. CSR wants to go to OCA and directly re-initiate the failed NE.
We want to know how can we use OCA to re-initiate the Failed WO? What are the steps to achieve this?
