Symptoms

Query qrySubscriber is suppose to return any subscriber records that match the characters provided in the subscriber_id. This may result in multiple rows returned and the return data should be indexed.

Description of subscriber_id in cartridge guides:

A subscriber number or part of a subscriber number (i.e. xxx)
